Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

• ·   All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by DISCOUNTBEAUTYDEPOT within Three(3) business days of receipt of order.  

• ·   No returns on when we send the correct product. Only if we send the wrong product we will pay for shipping 

• ·   No returns on custom orders.  

• ·   You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.  

• ·   Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.  

• ·   No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.  

• ·   On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless DiscountBeautyDepot.com LLC is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

1. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping for any returns.
2. If the cost of the new item is more than the original unit, you need pay the difference charge.
3. When you place an order on our site, our stylist begin working for you. 
4. If you wish to cancel your order, it should be done within 24 hours.
5. After 24 hours, we won’t accept your order cancellation request.
